Produce

From the vineyards, rice fields, fields, bee colonies, and the cow stalls the produce of Dominio di Bagnoli is created. Amongst which are found organic wines, Spumante and Reserve DOC wines from Bagnoli.
The wine which best represents the secular wine tradition of Dominio is the “Friularo Wine of Bagnoli”, a red skinned, autoctono grape, which matures in autumn. Endowed with robustness, tannicity and freshness it can be vinified as either white or red wine and it achieves optimal ageing in the bottle.

The grapes, the seeds and the Friularo wine are also used to make Zaleti (Paduan biscuits), grape seed oil, grappa, brandy, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, wine jelly and chocolates made with passito wine.

From cultivation come packaged organic rice, white pearl polenta, and Marano polenta, two historic types of polenta, famed by the Venetians and the Paduans for its excellent flavour.

From the cattle come some selected cuts of beef certified “UNICARVE” as “Meat of Quality” under the brand  Eletta.
